Hi Im just new here, I would like to ask my partner (whos an australian citizen and will be my sponsor) has been separated for 8yrs now and havent divorce yet, does he really need to be dovorce first before he can sponsor me for partners visa I went here 2015 and we have a dependent child in our relationship ,hope somebody can enlighten us ..
