Greetings I am a New Zealander looking at applying for my PR process how do I commence this process

I think there is a special visa for New Zealand citizens that allows New Zealand citizens to live & work indefinitely in Australia...

With the special agreement between NZ & Australia when we reach 4years making more than $53,000 we can apply for PR
I just need to find the Application type so I can apply
