Hi everyone, new to the forum. My current employer has just made my position redundant after finding out I am immigrating and have applied for a 457 visa. With this new circumstance will it be enough evadince to prove the need for priority processing with now not having a income. I Applied for nomination in December and still not changed from received. TIA

If you are referring to your employer in South Africa making your position redundant, then no that would not be a reason for priority processing. The priority needs to be that an Australian business or citizen is affected by the processing timeline.

Hi Melissa, i am going in on my motor mechanic qualification. First nomination was declined in December due to lack of evidence supplied by agent and lodged again same day with missing info. What is your occupation & good luck.
