Who has successfully received a tourist visa after lodging a 309 application? How long did you get a tourist visa granted for?

It varies lots we got 1 year others less and others refused.

Does it affect your 309 application much if your tourist visa got refuse? I want to get tourist visa for my partner after 309 application but dont know if it worth the risk or not.

No mate we had lots refused.

In the end we got good Visitor Visas.

Was for PMV but is the same for a 309.

I went to a lot of agents asking for help with applying tourist visa but they all recommend not to apply for it while waiting for partner visa. I am so confused. They said the rate of getting refuse is quite high while having another visa being in process.

We got one while waiting for the PMV. I've heard of quite a few getting them.
