I earlier posted my query too. But didn't get a satisfactory reply.
I am on a tourist Visa cannot be extended condition and no further stay. My Visa expires in July. My husband is an Australian citizen. And I am from India. I am going to apply for a spouse visa in August from India.
* My biggest concern is after how much time can I apply for my next Tourist visa? One of my close relative told me that I can't apply for a tourist visa till 3 months from once I land in India. Is that true? My husband is alone here and it's a stressful period for us both and our families.
