What are the documents required on how we can include my step son on the family members since presently the son is under the father (our) custody? my partner was separated already for almost 11 years but not legally and the ex of my partner is not cooperating for the separation. What are the documents needed to prove that they are separated already?
We are from the Philippines, what are the alternative legal documents that we can present to the immigration so that we can include my step son on the application if the other parent is not cooperating?
Please advise.
