Hi guys,

We are attaching our supporting documents into our application. There is a part that requires us to attach evidences of our marriage, including our Marriage Certificate and photographs of our ceremony.

The problem is, since we all came from Vietnam, our wedding was organised according to Vietnamese culture, which includes Betrothal Ceremony, Traditional Wedding Ritual and Bride's Ceremony. Not to mention the Wedding Ceremony at the church, since we are Catholics.

The total number of photographs for our wedding, including for 2 wedding parties (one for my wife's side and one for my side), is 478 photos (with 242 of them are for all ceremonies and rituals). With the limit of maximum 100 documents and we have reached half of it for other types of documents, how can we submit our photos? It seems the Department's website doesn't accept zip files. Has anyone been in a situation like this before?

Don't attach all of them. Just attach a few, We did 3 or 4. Some do 10 or so.

We created one .jpg in paint with the photos added into one picture. Other people add the photos into a single pdf file.

Either way, you just upload one file (pdf or jpg) and it is easy for them to read.

You only need a small selection of photos, which you can combine into one file.

There are another 100 upload slots under the sponsor, but I seldom upload more than 40 or 50 files in total.

It is a matter of properly organising and combining your documents and not uploading lots of single files.
