Hi All,

I and my husband have applied for Australian immigration under subclass 189. We have received the invite and now in the process of applying for the visa. I am the primary applicant and he is the secondary applicant. I want to know, if there are any issues with his documents, will my visa also be rejected?

Regards,
Jyo

Unless your husband fails to meet the applicable Public Interest Criteria or submits fraudulent documents or false or misleading information, it is unlikely that you would be refused a visa, because your husband was refused.

The above is NOT a considered professional opinion, but it might pay you to obtain one.
