Hellow, i applied for the visitor visa to visit my sister living in shepparton from past over two years,
She holds a bridging visa, and working full time there.
The reason which the Immigration officer mentioned is lack of funds and supporting documents to prove my intent to return back to my home country. I m single living in india with my parents.
My dob-30/10/1987, this was my second application fir the visa, i have also applied for the same year before, and they refused the same giving same reason.
Kindly help me on this issue, if i can apply the case again with the help of lawyer so as to assure them of my intention.

You can apply again but working with a migration agent may be a good idea so that they can help you pull together supporting evidence and information that proves your intention to return home before your visa would expire.
