Don't forget a certified photocopy of the birth certificate or passport for each person who did a stat dec for you.
Are you including the police check?

I think it looks like a good application. Going to the Melbourne office is pretty simple: don't make an appointment, just show up and take a number and you can hand it in in person and pay while your there.

We would love to know what's involved with the 801 part too. I thought it just rolls over from 820 to 801 unless they pick up on anything ... I to don't want to do this again!!

I don't think we'll have to provide as much evidence, but it's still frustrating. What I'm doing (and you should think about a game plan too ;)) is to get a folder, and everytime you get something that you know you'll need in 2 years time, put it in the folder. Bank statements, letters, lease agreements, plane tickets, receipts, ect.
