Can anyone help please, I applied for partner visa subclass 309/100, I was asked to do my biometrics which I did in less than a week but till now 2 weeks after I did the biometrics it still has not been updated on my immiaccount. Arrange for biometrics is still on the list of actions required. I hope this is not a serious issue because the 28 days given to me to arrange for biometrics is about to elapse. Can anybody suggest what I could do about it.

That's strange, mine updated the same day. When you log into your immi is the date updated different than the day submitted? I submitted mine Apr 22 and I did my biometrics on May 9 and my date updated on immi is May 9 after I did biometrics

I did the biometrics on 3rd July and medical on 4th of July. The last updated date was 4th of July. The medical has already been updated.

Can you contact the place you did the biometrics and verify they used the correct TRN for your application or whatever info they use to link it?

I have contacted by email and they replied that they have already sent the biometrics. Though they made a mistake on my visa lodgement number which they called me back the next day to correct.

Thanks for that link! Canada isn't listed on there, so I'm assuming we are okay.

Our police checks include a photo and fingerprints so I was just a little confused.
