Hi all, We're just having questions about the birth certificate. We lodged the visa last July 2022, and medical and biometrics are done also. The last one they are asking about is my birth certificate, but there's a wrong spelling of my mother's first name and they said it should be corrected and submitted on December 15, 2022.

Now, our problem is the birth certificate is still processing for correction. The Local Civil Registry said that it will take 6 months to correct the birth certificate here in the Philippines. Do you think our visa will still be granted even if we don't provide what they are asking for? or is there any possible way to give us an excuse or submit other documents as evidence like baptism certificate or school records.
