Hi All,

I have a question in regards to citizenship application.

I granted my 189 PR as the primary applicant on July 2016 with my ex.(De Facto Relationship)

We sadly broke up this year due to the family conflict after PR granted.

Now I intend to apply the citizenship. Should I need to inform DIBP about the De Facto relationship separation prior?

In Form 1300t Part D - Associated Family, it asks to provide information regarding de facto partner. So I just leave it as blank?

Thanks in advance for all assistance!

There was no requirement to inform DIBP for the de facto relationship separation.

In citizenship application, you can just leave PART D blank since you do not have a de facto partner any more.
