I applied for student visa and PR since I got my invitation so I have 2 Bridging visas-A and C. I applied BVB on 10/1/19 since Im planning to go home for 2 weeks. However, 11/1/19, my student visa got denied on GTE grounds. Im not planning to appeal and happy to be on BVC after 35 days of BVA expiry But I still want to go home since my brother is getting married. Do you think my BVB will still be granted? I was trying to look the status of my application on Immiaccount but could no longer find it since the refusal of my student visa

To be eligible to apply for a bridging visa B you must be onshore and hold a bridging visa A or B.

From your post, it is not clear to me which visa/s you hold, or which visa (if any) is active.

A check with VEVO might help.

So my BVA is currently active. I was able to apply for BVB the night before my student visa got refused. After 35 days my BVC will be active, got it because I also applief for my PR too. My only concern is whether they will still grant my BVB since my student visa got refused and I cant find the link for my BVB application since they refused my student visa.

Hello :)

I am needing to apply for my BVB so have completed the form. On the new immi website, it states you must include proof of your relationship etc and i was just wondering if this is the case?! I'm going to NZ for a wedding on 7 Feb so will have the 1006 form, copy of my passport, wedding invite and prrof of my airbnb booking. Will that be enough?
I've asked my migration lawyer but he won't tell me as i'm not paying them $355 to apply on my behalf....Any help would be great!
