Happy weekend.

I know many of us applied for changing visa condition for their Bridging Visa under financial hardship section.

Has anyone ever got it rejected ?

If your was granted ( congrats ! ) , could you please share where did you lodge it and how long it took you to have it granted?

I’m on BVA without a permit to work while waiting on a judicial review of my application. This is the first time ever in 13 years they took my work right away. How am I gonna support myself through these long months of wait?

I have lodged an application to change visa condition with form 1005 and pulling my hair off about when they will grant it so I can return back to my position which I had been on for last 8 years?

I had emailed he Department to ask if they actually received the document and of course all I got back was an auto-generated reply. No help.....

Every second is a torture.

Can anyone share your experience, please?

Hi,
Could you update us how you went? Did you get work rights granted? And also you mentioned you were on BVA and were waiting for judicial intervention. Is it possible to grt bva, is it not BVE?
