I submitted the application for protection Clime. I came to Australia on tourist visa which was stay period 45 days from the date of arrival. For example, I enter to Australia 12 Sep 2017 will be considering like this 12 Sep 2017 + 45 days final date is coming 27 Oct 2017. I have reached here ten days later submit protection claim application as of today 19 oct 2017. My question is here when they issue me bragging visa? or I will submit separately application for this visa or I will wait, they will be issue me automatically once my visit visa will be expiring. after 27 oct 2017 I will be illegal here therefore i want my application will be processed on time without any delays. pls who have experience please share either me
