Hi this ma Page .. I have a poor English. .. I’m permanent residents .. I really need advice . I want to bring my child here his 22 years of age now .whats should I do .. also I didn’t put him in my visa cus different father to my legal x husband . What should I do now.. my husband here gonna fill up the form then we gonna send to Philippines so my mom can lodge it cus my mom gonna pay the cost of visa . My husband won’t help me to pay it .. so I ask my mom to help me for paying visa..pleae can anyone advice me I really want nexmoth lodge his visa ..please please I need help .. thank and have a good day.. I wish Australian furom will reply soon..

First you’d have to prove that the child is dependent on you. However, the fact that you did not declare the child in your previous application is a serious problem. I suggest you find yourself a reputable migration agent who can speak your language to discuss this. Don’t rush into anything. Get some professional advice first.
