I just applied for 820/801 partner visa and got and BVA right away was wondering can I apply for medicare on the BVA, my BVA has no condition so I'm assuming that I can work and as it say on the medicare website if my visa has No working condition I have to prove I have a spouse, child or parent who are australian citizen but my BVA has no condition at all. Can someone please confirm that I can apply for medicare?

You're eligible for Medicare because you made a permanent residency application by applying for the 820/801. It has nothing to do with the BVA.

Separate subject... the BVA grant is immediate but that doesn't mean it is in effect. Has nothing to do with Medicare but something you should know.
