Hello!
My partner and I live Brisbane and have submitted the 457 and I'm the De Facto. Well, now I'm on a BVA and I've submitted my case, have proven hardship financial situation, to change my BVA conditions to have the full rights to work on March 28th. Can't find any answers concerning time processing before getting an answer from Gouv. Has anybody been in this situation? How long it takes to change BVA rights conditions? How long it takes to get an answer from the Government? I'm living on my saving since last July and its starts to be very stressful. :(
I need urgently some answers to find a plan B.
Thank you all

I remember other people on this forum who requested work rights due to financial hardship and it took 3 or 4 weeks. There's a few threads if you do a search. Good luck.
