Hi there, I applied onshore for a partner visa 820 and have received a BVC which means I cant work :( . I applied whilst on a BVA, is this the reason I have been granted the BVC? Unfortunately my substantial visa 461 expired 14/11/18, that's why I had to apply on a BVA. Can I re-apply for a BVA?

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know much about the C.

But I do know you can not go backwards against the alphabet - so no BVA.

Can you apply for work rights for a C? I know you can on an E.

Hi there, thank you. I have had a look and it looks like I can apply for the no work to be removed but I have to say you will be in financial hardship if I cant work. Will this effect my 820 application? Ive always worked, I dont like the thought of not working for 2 years :( and I wont be contributing to my superannuation if I cant work :( .

Hi guys, I’m pretty new here, here is my story. I’m currently on a student BVA, I applied for my partner visa 820 on 29/11 through my lawyer. Have only received Acknowledgement of Application from my lawyer. When am I suppose to receive BVC? or is it that I’m not eligible for BVC because I’m on BVA and have got a pending case at the Tribunal? Have tried getting in touch with my lawyer, but I always called at the wrong time when he’s at the court house.
Please guys I need your help with info about these.
