Hi folks,
Bit of a tricky one here but would really appreciate some feedback.
I had a 457 application made by my company in Jan 2018 with my partner as a dependent on the visa. This was refused and subsequently went to appeal. I was put on a BVC and my partner a BVA.
My company have now decided to cancel the appeaI and I have subsequently left Australia with my partner due to leave in october, effectively cancelling our bridging visas.
We would like to re enter Australia in december for about 2 weeks on tourist visas to collect our belongings then fly back to Europe.
Is there any reason why we shouldn't be granted a tourist visa?
