CARER VISA

Hi
Does anyone have any experience with the Carer Visa?? (Subclass 836, apply onshore)
It states on the Home Affairs site that it can take 7 years to process! Can someone advise if a bridging visa can be awarded to bridge the 7 year gap??? And if so, will that bridging visa have working rights??

Upon a valid application being lodged a bridging visa would be granted.
As a rule work rights would not be granted.
Consult a registered migration agent.

Oh yeah i definitely will..... i know its a long shot for this visa and i know there will be LOTS of hoops to go through. No way i could possibly do it myself! I don't think i can apply onshore if i'm on the 600, but can do on a 651?
You can probably apply from either, depending on the conditions imposed.
You are in a minefield.
If you want me to advise, please go to my website and use the contact form.
