So title kinda says it all. I took my citizenship test on May14th of this year (2018) and it was approved the same day...just need to do my ceremony and im an ozzy! But waiting to hear about my ceremony....any news about Melbourne ceremonies or how long should I expect to wait?
Hoping its soon! Cant wait til this part of my life is over!!!
Hope everyone else is doing well...been a couple weeks sice ive logged in.

I guess nobody in Victoria is becoming a citizen? anyhow I read my approval letter and it says generally withing 6 months...so im 3 months in. fingers crossed...or as I SHOULD be saying it as im going to become an Australian...TOUCH WOOD HAHAH

All depends on your local council

Some councils have ceremonies once a month, some only every 3-4 months, some only once or twice a year and also depends on the size of the venue and how many applicants from that local council
