Hi guys,
I am gonna to get married and Australian. I would like to change my family name to become his family names. They will show it on Married certificate.
My question. Do i have to change every single documents later as my passport, brith certificate to submite the on shore partner Visa?

Your visa application will need to match the name on your passport but other documents don't need to have the same name. As long as you can connect the dots between your prior name and your new surname (i.e. marriage certificate) that's fine.

I got married between my 457 and 186 application and didn't change my passport so that it would be easier for the application process, and I simply submitted my 186 application under my prior surname. But I still had some documents in my new married name but passport was in my prior name (from prior marriage) and birth certificate was in my maiden name.
