hello all,

im gathering evidence from me and my partners messages that we've exchanged over 4 years. We have been switching chat platforms here and there over the years and have now mostly found full and complete messages mostly from only the last 2 years. For those years before, unfortunately there were many missing parts, prob around 9 months were missing. I believe those months were on one single platform (whatsapp) and chats were not archive before 2 years when we change our mobile phone. Additionally.. we can still find the first year of chat logs from another platform when we first met.. so the only thing missing is the second year in between thats missing. care to advise how we can go about doing this?

Also, those fully intact messages from the past 2 years i have screen shot over 100 pics. Can anyone advise what is too much? I dont know if i should be doing a screenie every week or 2-3 shots every month.

For WhatsApp - via the Settings -> Data and Storage Use tab, you can get a summary page for the interactions you've been having with any one contact - which we provided.

This page has the total number of text messages and other media sent. So we submitted that page, plus a screenshot of our first messages exchanged, and last messages exchanged.
