Citizenship Application

Hi there,

Long time since I've been on this forum. Had to re-register.

We are finally getting around to becoming Aussie Citizens. Our PR visa have expired as have our passports.
So we have to apply using the 1300t forms (more paperwork, unfortunately).

I cannot see where it states that if it has to be one form per family, or per person.
I see within the form you have to detail your spouse (kids if you have them etc). I cannot get through the the Home Office it appears there is an issue with their phone line at present!

Can any confirm which it is?

Thanks

Your PR doesn't expire, only the 5-year travel rights on it do. If you have remained in Australia, then you still hold your PR status. I'm not sure if you need to have a valid passport to apply for citizenship or not, but perhaps someone who may have already gone through this can confirm.
