Sorry for the confusion - what I mean is we need to reapply for an RRV if we need to leave the country - that's what I mean about expired

Hi there,
Long time since I've been on this forum. Had to re-register.
We are finally getting around to becoming Aussie Citizens. Our PR visa have expired as have our passports.
So we have to apply using the 1300t forms (more paperwork, unfortunately).
I cannot see where it states that if it has to be one form per family, or per person.
I see within the form you have to detail your spouse (kids if you have them etc). I cannot get through the the Home Office it appears there is an issue with their phone line at present!
Can any confirm which it is?

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear. I understand we are Permanent Residents, but what I meant was if we need to leave Australia, we will need to get an RRV and a new passport (passport expired in 2015)."PR visa have expired as have our passports" ????
PR = Permanent Residency .......and expired ??? Really don't get it
And what kind of "passports"are you referring to ??
