Hello Forum,
Please help me as I am in need of urgent help.

I have received the Citizenship Appointment Letter with the date of 6 Feb.
I do not have PCC but as per the rule I need one since I have spent more than 90 days (after grant letter) in India.

The PCC application may take up to 8 weeks and they need original passport.

Should I send my passport for PCC to VFS Sydney Office. The risk is if it does not come by 06 Feb, I cannot go for my Citizenship Appointment and test.

But if I go to Citizenship Appointment without PCC will it be useful.

Please suggest.

Maybe try to reschedule your appointment into a later date. There is no use going to your interview and test if your documents are not complete as they wont let you sit for your test unless sufficient documents are met. On your letter there is a link on how to reschedule your test.

You say you have spent more than 90 days in India, but, have you spent more than 12 months out of Australia since you were granted your PR?

You only need to provide a PCC if you have been out of Australia for more than 12 months in total since your PR was granted and have spent more than 90 days consecutively in any one country.
