Hi everyone,

I'm lodging an application for a 461 visa. Which allows NZ citizens bring over de facto partners and family members over to Australia. I'm nearly ready to send in my application but I have a couple of questions.

Firstly...

How many uploads do you get on the Immi account? Is it 30 or 60?

Also...

My current visa runs out at the start of October. Will I automatically go onto a bridging visa if I lodge my application before then? Or does my application need to be viewed for me to go onto one?

Me and my partner are going to the UK for a few weeks in August/September. Would I need to inform immigration? I'm currently on a Working Holiday Visa.

Yes she she is.
We've been in a relationship for over a year living together for nearly a year. She's been living in Australia for over 3 years now.

I don't mean to come across rube but what does this have to do with my original post?

Some NZ citizens can sponsor applicants for such a visa (my understanding and not really follow the Kiwi differences - but there are big ones and it is on the year of arrival I think).

The next concern is the de facto - was this declared to immigration on last visa application/s. This in mind can it be a longer than 12 month de facto relationship if marital status was not declared as de facto on say the extension of the WHV application?

No intention of being rude, think of it a clinical assessment of your words.

With a full disclaimer I only did year 10 at school and cannot spell and have read around 4 books in my life.

Well she's on a 444 visa, which the border.gov.au website says is fine.

I had to look on my last visa but as marriage status it says "Never married".

On normal partner visas it is 60 for applicant and 60 for sponsor (120 total)

Never ever heard of less for other visas.

If you need more than 35-40 you are really doing it wrong in fact very wrong.

30 should be fine for a normal couple.
