I just called the number from my request for information out of the dc office to ask a question and there was a recording advising me that all calls will now be processed through a service center in australia. it then provided me that phone number.
The number is australian. does that mean if i need to contact them from USA i now have to pay for international rates?

Has anyone used this new number? or tried contacting the DC office?
I havent heard anything from anyone in a long time out of the DC office.
