Hai
I am married and have a daughter. They are in India and i am in Australia for the last 2 years on student visa. But actually I am in a strong relation with another girl for the last 10 years. Actually that relation started even before my marriage. But due to the family and religious pressures in India I could not marry her . But mentally we are still in strong love. But we did not have living together. So I am planning to bring her to Australia on a tourist visa or student visa. Is it possible to get de facto visa after completing 12 months living together. Is it compulsory to have continuous 12 months. Is there any exemption for 12 months living together condition. Can anybody help me please
Thank You

Hai thanks for the reply
Now I will apply for my TR (457) by mid of next year . Can I include her as my defacto partner in my application? My marriage will not be a problem? Is it right?
Thanks
