Hi guys, would like to know your opinion on this.

I enrolled for my BSc in one university and did the first year there and moved to another to do the 2nd and 3rd year, now I have already collected all required documents for 2nd and 3rd year but pending 1st year's transcript.

When I contacted them they were saying that the results for my batch were way back and they are not in the system so they have to manually check it. (I'm really spewing over their incompetency on this, but there's nothing I can do right now, other than to just wait and hope they find it)

Anyway, trying to prepare for the worse and I'm thinking if they say they can't retrieve my results, will it be ok if I get a letter from them saying that I completed those subjects in the first year but without my results?

Appreciate your opinion on this. Thanks!

As a rule the comparability of a qualification cf. an Australian qualification is assessed by referring to the standing of the institution that conferred it.
If they are not happy, the ACS is most likely to discuss options.
