I have a 28 year old son who has been studying as an overseas student in Australia. My partner and I have been in a 4 year long distance relationship. I would to apply for a partner visa but just wondering if it is possible to include my son as a dependent child since he’s been studying full time? Any suggestions or advice will be much appreciated.

There are circumstances that allows dependants over the age of 25, am i right ?

Do not think so - recall a case that every family (large family) member got an Australian visa except the one that was over 25 at time of application.

He had spent many years with his family in Australia, but was refused a visa.
