Did not inform Condition 8533, will it affect partner visa application?

Hi all,

We just realized that we did not inform change of house address and my partner is on student visa with condition 8533. It has been 5 months we moved to new address, we plan to apply for partner visa because his visa is expiring on this December.

Should we notify the new address before submit in partner visa application?
or just go on with the partner visa application with the new address in it?
