What happens incase there is a change in the occupation applied but duties performed still match 90%? For example, current designation is "Warehouse Manager" but applied anzco would be "Records Manager". But the duties performed are as per the requirement of ANZCO of Records Manager. What will be the major issue in this case? What are chances of positive result?

Did you mean 'Warehouse Administrator'? If you are planning killed migration to Australia, you are unlikely to proceed successfully by nominating either of the occupations you mentioned.
May In suggest that you consult a registered migration agent before you commit to a course of action?
