What happens incase there is a change in the occupation applied but duties performed still match 90%? For example, current designation is "Warehouse Manager" but applied anzco would be "Records Manager". But the duties performed are as per the requirement of ANZCO of Records Manager. What will be the major issue in this case? What are chances of positive result?

Well, as I mentioned earlier, the ANZCO is "records manager" but my occupation is "Warehouse Manager". Regarding job duties required by VETASSESS are 90% same that I perform under Warehouse manager.

So the actual Q is, will vetassess check the job duties or they require that occupation should also match the ANZCO?

Yes i am applying to skilled migration subclass 190. I have checked all the details Records Manager is in the list and it is matching all the duties that I perform. please advise.
