Good day mate!
I calculated the highest possible score that I can aim to pass the skill assessment test.
My Age: 22 - gives me 25 pts.
IELTS: Superior - gives me 20 pts.
Australian Educational Qualification: NA - 0 pt
International Educational Qualification: Recognised bachelor's degree - gives me 15 pts.
Overseas Work Experience: None - 0 pt
Australian Work Experience: None - 0 pt
Partner Skill Qualifications: I'm single - 0 pt
Community Language: I'm confident that I'm qualified to be a translator & Interpreter (My mother tongue is french). - gives me 5 pts.
I scored 65 pts. ... The passing mark is 60 pts.
Does this mean that I'm 100% qualified for a permanent residence visa under subclass 189?
If I am, how long should I wait for the process (including their evaluation and granting of visa) to finally migrate?
My bachelor's degree is Aeronautical Engineering. It's still listed in SOL and CSOL. I only have 6 month work experience as an OJT, since it's mandatory. I'm confident that my bachelor's degree is equivalent to Australian Standards (if not 100%, perhaps they can evaluate my college credentials to be eligible for 15 pts.)
How long does it usually take for me to get an aeronautical engineering job in Australia if they grant my visa (considering that I'm just a fresh graduate with only an OJT work experience)?
Which Australian state has the biggest demand for Aeronautical Engineering? (I wish I could work in Qantas in any Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Position)
What are your advises? Please share your experiences and give me hope ^_^
