Hi,
I do not have the marriage certificate, but spouse has my name on the passport. I want to know if this is sufficient. Can I use Indian consulate marriage certificate? It is issued based on the passport information. Therefore I am not sure if it will be accepted. I am in the USA and can't travel to India for some time. What are my options? Please help out.
