Do we need another health exam for 820 visa, after doing one for 300 visa?

Hi, just a quick question for now. I'm wondering if my wife will need to do another health exam for the 820 visa application, after having already done one for the 300 visa application. The problem is that my wife's first health exam was done over about 18 months ago, as the 300 visa took at least 12 months to be approved, and we only got married recently after another 6 months or so. Taking this into account, should we then select 'no' on the question in the new 820 application, which asks if we have done a health exam for a previous visa application in the last 12 months? After selecting no, will we then be expected to undergo another health exam, or will the fact that we already did one and successfully obtained the 300 visa be enough? Thank you for reading.
