Under which document type, in immi account, should I upload the Form 1229?

Someone advised me that it should be "Consent for travel of a child under the age of 18, Evidence of" but it was not present in my application so I used OTHER DOCUMENTS section.

Its hidden, but under other is fine.

It doesn't matter which category you used as long as the file was named clearly.
