Hi All

My husband is eligible for citizenship soon. I wanted to make sure that we have all the documents that are required and don't need anything else to be sent from his home country.

The documents according to immigration that he needs is:
- original birth certificate in Arabic and English translation (the translation was done in 2013 when we did the PMV, will this be an issue?)
- a foreign passport
- electricity bill showing current address (is the PDF that AGL emails to us)
- identity declaration form completed, along with passport photo
- copy of page in passport for first entry stamp into Australia

Is this all that is required? I am surprised that I could not find the requirement for a new AFP on the check list.

Thank you :)

You can't submit until the eligibility date for citizenship, so will be doing it on 10 May. From memory, your eligibility date is around the same time.
