Hi.
I am wondering if anyone can add a bit of clarity if any evidence that is submitted needs to be signed by a justice of the peace or a notary here in the UK?
We have the ability to have this done, but as a time saving exercise, is it a requirement that it is done? or just preferable for the case officer?
hope anyone can help clear this up
