Hi.

I am wondering if anyone can add a bit of clarity if any evidence that is submitted needs to be signed by a justice of the peace or a notary here in the UK?

We have the ability to have this done, but as a time saving exercise, is it a requirement that it is done? or just preferable for the case officer?

hope anyone can help clear this up

Marc

might also help if i had the right visa mentioned, it is the 309/100.

we have taken a few weeks off the visa application as we went to Oz for a wedding, seems to have put all the knowledge about what visa we are applying for out of the window
