Does the sponsor need to fill form 80 for 309/100 partner visa?

If yes, is it the same form 80 that the applicant fills?

If yes, where will the sponsor fill his details? Because nearly the whole form 80, asks details of the applicant

How and where is the sponsor supposed to fill his details?

Form 80 is only for the visa applicant, not the sponsor.

Have you read the visa website? It explains what's required from both sponsors and applicants and form 80 isn't listed under the sponsor documents.
