Can we submit EOI even if we don't have enough points? For example, I am doing my PY and I haven't got 8 in PTE. Is it ok to submit EOI assuming that by the time I would be able to collect the points. Please share your opinion everyone. Thanks.

But I have another confusion here, When filling the form for EOI I came across Education History section where "Date from and Date to" referring starting and finishing date. So start date means starting date of the course or the date I enrolled? because I enrolled late. Also, is the finishing date specified in certificates? I would really appreciate your help. Thanks .

The end date is not necessarily the date pf conferral, but that will do. Using the official start date is probably best.
