I have submitted my EOI on November 7th, 2017 as ICT Project Manager - 135112 for Skilled - Nominated (Subclass 190) (Permanent) Category for NSW. My Points are

Age: 25, Language: 0 (IELTS 6 all), Educational: 15, State Nomination: 5, Experience: 15, TOTAL: 60

Are 60 points enough to get nominated for PR?

Is 60 enough? Yes.

Is it likely an invite will come thru? it depends on the other candidates. If the queue is ill of people on 65+ points then no it's unlikely.
