Hello everyone, please I and my partner applied for De facto partner visa which I’ve been issued a bridging visa A, but I keep receiving error message during the critical data confirmation for my sponsor “the related details provided cannot be verified, check the details and amend if necessary. The applicant may not be able to continue check the eligibility in our website” Does this mean my sponsor is not eligible or what ? Cos we have already filled out the forms

So you paid for the visa already? Make sure that he's putting the TRN in properly (like the letter O and not a zero type thing.) If all else fails, delete that sponsor application and start a new one.

Thanks for your response , yea I already paid the application fee and was issued a bvA . I have carefully entered the details still having that same issue. Maybe I might have to delete and start a new one. Thanks

You can try calling the technical service phone number. It's listed in immi somewhere.

Have you tried doing it in a different web browser? Or deleting cache and cookies?

Did the applicant receive the acknowledgement of application received notice?

Thanks for your response. Yea I have tried it in different browser still same . They’ve acknowledged the payment and also sent me bridging visa A

And you're sure you're entering the applicant's application TRN and not the sponsor form TRN or another number? Are you sure the sponsor is using the right form?

Yea actually a RMA is handling this application..

Anyways thanks for your time, fingers crossed hopefully it’s sorted out ..! My RMA is always saying she’s busy all she does is tell me the outcome without following it up with the department .. I’m the one always calling the department for this to be resolved. Thanks for your help!
