Hi
I was wondering if anybody can help me. I was refused an FA 600 tourist visa onshore, which means I am barred from making any other visa applications onshore. (Section 48) . I was on a working holiday 457 which expired 20th September this year and I'm currently on a bridging visa A while waiting for AAT to process my appeal. Except I am planning now to go back to Ireland for a few months to remove this bar, how long after I leave Australia would it be safe to apply for ETA tourist visa ? Would 3 months be sufficient ? Or longer? Also I will be applying for 187 while offshore. Any help appreciated
