Do I need to upload evidence of my children’s Australian citizenship for my offshore visa application please?

I don't have any experience in it but does it matter? I mean, if the kids are Aussie citizens, they'll need to have Aussie passports to enter Australia anyway so that's proof of their citizenship.

What I do know is they wouldn't be included in the application if they are Aussie citizens as they don't need the visa. But there is a question about family members and options for visa status or whatever if I remember correctly.
