Now I can't go fly back to my home country to due to work commitment . .. my question can I extension 28 day period for another one month more after 28 days due ??

Surely your friends and family took some photos? Or your wife has photos? Or you shared them in messages or on social media? Or your phone backed up to a cloud? Or there is an SD card in your phone? Or you can pay a professional to recover data from the phone?

Just my opinion, but it seems odd that you only had photos on your phone and nowhere else.

Agree with Sky’s comment.

Also, I dont think you would have much success/be wanting to try and request an addition month on top of the current 28 day deadline. Sounds like they have some doubts on your application and that could have dire consequences if you dont follow their request within the designated timeframe.

Hi
Write to Aus immigration and ask for extension , I have seen on many threads in this forum people commenting they got extension of days/weeks to submit photos/documents/etc
Good luck

Be cautious of that. I have also heard of people getting their visas denied for not supplying the information within the timeframe.

Most recent example that comes to mind: https://www.australiaforum.com/visas-immigration/280505-partner-visa-100-refusal.html Not exactly the same, and I'm not sure if they made it within the deadline or not as they stopped replying, but if you were given 28 days, I'd get it to them in 28 days. But in this situation, it's proof that even if you're told one thing, they may do something else.
