I have been falsely implicated by my spouse in a Domestic Violence case 2 year back, the case is moving at snails speed in India, i received PR invite now but case is still pending in court. Is there possiblity for ppl like me to apply for PR and how , i know for sure that spouse docs or noc is mandatory to proceed with application. I am afraid i will loose the opportunity. My PCC is clear but only issue is the pending case and NOC from spouse. Please advise.

I would cough up the money and consult a registered migration agent / immigration lawyer for their advice.

My layman's understanding is you would need advice on what to declare, and if you declare - how to present your circumstances to show you still meet the character requirements etc.
